Senior User Experience Architect,

  • Acted as the User Experience Lead for the Customer Commerce team to determine work priority and selection in collaboration with the Engineering and Product Leads.
  • Lead cross-functional team in design and requirements sessions starting with early stage whiteboard flows and concepts to re-envision the MRO commerce experience and customer service tools.
