The Challenge | An end-to-end redesign of a legacy eProcurement site was needed for a re-platform initiative within a B2B Industrial Supply Company. The existing experience could not be easily assessed due to custom integration and setup factors that varied by customer.
Discovery & Customer Insights
I partnered with a researcher and conducted a series of field visits with customers from target segments who were current users of our existing eProcurement solution. We shared our insights with the project team by mapping the customer journey and highlighting opportunities to help define the goals of the project.
Product Definition
I partnered with the Technical Product Manager and Business Systems Analyst on creating our vision for the product.
Design Solution
An end-to-end configurable and adaptive design was created in order to solve for the experience problems that resulted from ERP integrations and customizations.
